We were promised a “used, like new condition” laptop. That's not what we received. The ONLY good thing is that the computer was packaged extremely well! Lots of bubble wrap!
There was dirt on the keyboard & the trackpad. One of the hinges was exposed. I'm attaching pictures of the seller's picture showing the the hinge cover was in place at some point before the computer was shipped. No shards of plastic in the box when we unpacked it, so I doubt the hinge was there when the box was sent.
